EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At Kyra & Kenja, we pride ourselves on our quality and customer service, which ensures your shopping experience is personalised, friendly and helpful.
As an Australian label, Kyra & Kenja offer a limited run of each piece of merchandise to provide you with the most exclusive of fashion accessories.
Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. This includes full-priced items with First Purchase and Welcome discount codes applied. Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale are only eligible for a store credit or exchange, unless deemed faulty by our team. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Return shipping is a $16 flat fee for small parcel box and $26 for large parcel box or multiple items. Simply get in touch with us and we will send you a return label. Print, attached and lodge at your nearest post office. Simple and easy!
However, a store credit or exchange can be given (excluding sale items) for change of mind as long as:
- It is within 14 days of purchasing
- Proof of purchase is provided for product
- Product is returned in the state it was received (is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact).

Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
FRIENDLY REMINDER
If you have purchased product with a major fault you have the right to a replacement or refund, however if the product has a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
Kyra + Kenja does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Kyra + Kenja reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the products.
Merchandise marked as seconds, faulty or sample products must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase.
